The Celestron Ultima Edge 18mm 1.25" flat-field eyepiece has a fully multi-coated optical element and 8-element lens design, which can maximize the light transmittance. Ultima Edge 18mm has a 65 degrees wide field of view, suitable for viewing planets, stars, and the moon's surface. This eyepiece can provide higher magnification, best for those who want to get a close-up view of smaller objects.
Its 1.25-inch mounting lens barrel is internally threaded and can accommodate standard 1.25-inch filters and adapters. It is also compatible with 1.25-inch star diagonal and focuser. On the outside of the eyepiece, you will find a uniquely designed molded rubber grip ring for non-slip operation during observation.
